This. I have never done "regular" OHP. Granted, it's been 3 months but my behind neck OHP is 140lbs (5 reps) and I've never felt any pain in my shoulder.

Can you program weighted dips as a main exercise over bench? I prefer doing them. I'm up to three plates at 170 bodyweight, but they were shaky reps. Want to see how far I can get. Would OHP or Incline have more carryover?

Deadhang is the full rom, though. Also, I try to go as far up as I can.
