> that teenager who can't go past 30 on the machines
that teenager who can't go past 30 on the machines
>that adult that can't go past 30 on the machines
Wtf does that even mean
Imagine some kid going on machines and struggling to work past the 30 weight mark lmao
>that grown ass man who doesn't use free weights like the bitch he is
>tfw can't go past 70 on the machines excluding some leg excercises
That's me wtf man I just started
Is this a meme or what
>tfw that was me when i was just starting out
Now i feel really good about how far I've come. Thanks user!
anyone that uses machines that isnt an old woman or 400 lbs should be ashamed
>He can't lat pulldown the entire stack
>not doing cable work or leg curl/extension
Cable flyes hit my chest harder than bench and both leg isolations after heavy squats are great for that thigh pump.
Obviously you don't want to only use machines, but you also shouldn't avoid all of them, either.

ignore it. nobody actually cares what you lift.
>Just started
>Using meme machines
Please user, read the sticky. I want you to make it.
I'm stuck at 35 on the tricep pulls. :(
>the 30 weight mark
>tfw have no idea what this means because I'm not some machinepleb
Why are exercise machines so flooded in gyms if they're inferior to free weights anyway?
They look more impressive desu
And their function is more obvious
People are afraid of free weights because they can hurt themselves easier
normies are faggots
Jesus Christ I'm a skelly lanklet that can do 65 for 3x10. Eat more
I made the mistake by getting used to machines too early. Just start barbell training, TRUST me.
All of the above
