Mine for bulking:

>2 scoops whey
>1 cup rolled oats
>1 frozen banana
>200g greek yoghurt
Usually drink it right after taking 1ml/25mg mk-677 so I don't start binging on crap

a carrot
a radish
2 raw eggs
cocoa powder
coconut milk (I never measure quantity, just pour until the glass is full)

then for variety I will mix up flavors and textures and nutrients by adding berries, peanuts/peanut butter, muh2scoops, black beans, avocado, almond butter, coffee, rarely a little bit of a good dark beer, melon, vanilla yogurt, other things.

Forgot to specify,i'm NOT lactose intolerant at all.All other dairy products go down fine,but after half a shake of whey my body refuses to drink anymore and i feel like puking

Try switching brands and if you still have the same problem, consider talking to your doctor. When I started out, I had problems with EAS but switched to Optimum Nutrition and haven't had any bloating or gastrointestinal pain since.

breakfast is around 1000kcal and a perfect start for the day. the veggie shake is tasty and has lots of fibers. god tier shits and you feel so much better after drinking it for a week everyday. how I could live without a blender is beyond me
