I've been trying to wrap my head around this whole decimal point Bitcoin thing and I have to ask, will one Bitcoin ever be equal to one Satoshi?

You poor thing

...

oh my god what's with all the retards on Veeky Forums lately, I can't stand this place anymore

yes when 1 btc = 0, 1 satoshi will also be 0

lol. Did you come hre from /pol/ or something?

Someone needs to call for a rundown....quickly...

this is the only scenario in which OPs question isnt disturbingly stupid

Yes, the same day 1 penny will be equal to 1 dollar

...

Wouldn't it happen with enough inflation to BTC? I might be missing something if it's the opposite of what I'm imagining.

Runaway inflation could cause that, yeah

...

That's what I had in mind. Like, the value of one Bitcoin right now going up enough so one Sat is the cost of one Bitcoin right now.

>The Bogdanoffs are in regular communication with the Archangels Michael and Gabriel, forwarding the word of God to the Orthodox Church. Who do you think set up the meeting between the pope & the Orthodox high command (First meeting between the two organisations in over 1000 years) and arranged the Orthodox leader’s first trip to Antarctica in history literally a few days later to the Bogdanoff bunker in Wilkes land?

What you are asking is basically, when will 1 centiliter be equal to 1 liter? when will one milimeter be equal to 1 kilometer? when will 1 megawatt be equal to 1 kilowatt?

It won't.

I love you user

>Satoshi will never be worth a BTC.

I hope the Bogdanoffs were able to answer your question, guy.

Hello, newfriend. 1 BTC will never equal 1 sat because a sat is only a portion of BTC, up to 8 decimal places. Consider 1 sat, 1000 sats, 900k sats - whatever the number - the equivalent of pennies, nickles, dimes, and quarters. BTC is what everything is measured against, so if you buy a shitcoin for 0.00100000 per, that's how many BTC or sats the market says it's worth.

You're asking if bitcoin will one day be worth so much that one sat will equal current btc price of 5700? Maybe if op lives in zimbabwe, one sat will be worth 5700 nigger dollars

Bitcoin Gold will be. Very Soon infact.

Yeah right now they are but what if sats moon and/or BTC drops? It may seem unrealistic today but you never know what will happen in the future, especially in a market as volatile as crypto.

1 sat will soon be worth $45.60. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Ok, so in case I'm not getting trolled, sats are the term given to fractions of BTC. A penny will never be worth more than a dollar.

And if you're trolling, fuck you, I feel retarded.

>A penny will never be worth more than a dollar.
I wouldn't be so sure. Coins would still have intrinsic value when the fiat bubble bursts, unlike paper money.
