yeah. When I used to work out I went from like 150 max bench to 220. Weighed 135 when I started, and the day i did the 220 max i weighed 135. It was weird. I did heavy 10 rep sets the whole time. Usually drank whey mixed with milk after, and every other day ate some sort of chicken dinner.
