yes, if you genuinely want to know the lifts. you can do it without a coach if you read through material carefully, watch videos on form, and practice. the lifts are based in what is comfortable and safe in our anatomy, so i feel like it's not hard to learn, but easy to master. of course it's easier with a coach, but you could always ask someone who is knowledgeable to watch your form.

imho lots of youtube seminars on c&j and snatch from oly lifters like ilya, klokov, etc. and then do it with bar only for months and record yourself
