From what I've heard, they generally ban the selling or buying of bitcoin on their site, but still allow wallet access. So you can still use your BTC elsewhere.
If you're really worried then just shove it off into separate wallet/s. Blockchain is popular. But clientside on your own computer with backed up keys works best for security.
