I've never aimed for a record time, I usually do it in intervals of one or two minutes. Maybe I'll start pushing them to five minutes.
i do decline planks. starts really burning my abs when i go over 1 minute much better than normal plank

current time is around ~1m 20s with a 45lb plate placed on back, goal times around 2m. you can put a 45lb plate on yourself pretty easily without a partner, but past that kinda hard. prob gonna think about doing single arm planks with it maybe
