what exercises for lower chest?

>upper chest

Incline db flies, turn the dumbbell so that your palms are facing your face on the way up. 3x8-12
Dumbbell chest press, keep the dumbells close together on your chest and press it 3x8-12
Incline bench press 3x8-12
Low to high cable flies 3x8-15

I overhead press your mom.

It's quite the exercise, tbf.

Thanks big guy

Low cable fly. Bench press.

Reverse grip bench is the best upper chest exercise. It also hits lower chest and triceps just as well as regular bench. Having a spotter is more important than for regular or incline bench though.

barbell, dumbbell, smith machine - doesn't matter, all of them can work
it's all about finding the proper angle of the bench and proper grip width through trial and error
don't waste your time with flys though

ohp

but I hear reverse grip bench is supposed to be excellent

Dips

Don't fall for the le lifting builds your chest better meme. Dips are the best.

meme + terrible logic + false advice in one post
nice

dips are for lower chest

If done properly, dips hit the entire chest. You are probably doing them wrong, or you are not adding enough weight.

Upper chest curls

you literally don't even understand how muscle fibers contract and where your upper chest fibers are inserted
dips will not work your upper chest to any meaningful degree

This guy is right. Dips will not work your upper pecs, however, they are great for lower chest as well as the innerus pectoralis.

deadlifts

I want to fuck that lion.
