Different martial arts for different body types is a literal meme. It's more about playing to your strength in the ruleset you use. I honestly observe more tangible differences between individuals in the same style than I do overall between styles (aside from the obvious, like tendencies towards playing towards the rules they compete under or stylistic affectations).

You're looking for good training, and that comes from training like you'll compete (even if you won't, if you don't train like you will, there won't be intensity or aliveness in your movements and you're wasting your time.)

Therefore, I vaguely reccomend combat sports such as: boxing, MMA, Judo, Jujitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Kyokushin and Wrestling.
