Bullshit
1 pullup and about 10 pushups
I did 43 push ups as a max a few weeks ago. I have about 20 lbs of fat on me though so I need to lose some more weight.
for pull ups it is like 10.
Pull-ups :8
Push-ups: 25
>weight 210lb btw

Pullups: 20
Pushups: 25

Around 75 pushups but only a measly 7 pull ups
>pull ups
10
>push ups
probably 20, I usually just do sets of 10
I can barely do pull-ups like in that pic, but I can do dozens of chin ups. I guess that means my lats are strong but not my back? What the fuck is wrong with me
Pull-ups 25
Push ups ~50
~150 lbs body weight
Might be the grip
I can do about 50-60 push ups but only 2 pull ups kek
Currently in the process of dedicating a lot more time than usual working on pull ups, I'm sick of barely being able to do any
Pull ups : 27
Push ups : 100

God Veeky Forums is fucking stupid
You have strong biceps and weak forearms.
Pull-ups: 3-4
Extremely impressive for me weighing 230lbs and lifting for only 6 months.
Who the fuck cares about pushups, literally worthless.
pull ups 25
push ups 60
You have weak lats and forearms
I'm the other way, did too many pull ups and too little bicep and chin ups, and my weighted pull ups are stronger than my weighted chin ups
163lb
Pullups probably 15
Pushups probably 50ish (>implying I do this plebby teenage exercise anymore)
your pull ups seem weak compared
Hunchback of notre dame detected
Maybe his lats are in his front and his abs are in his back.
Depends on your bodyweight, your weighted pull up total weight number should be close to your 1 RM max in bench
86 push ups in 2 mins
17 pullups
20 pulls
50 push
how to improve forearm strength?
Also will flexed arm hangs help with pull ups/chin ups? I know this is supposed to be really good for grip strength
10 pull-ups, idk how many push-ups, 255 lbs bw
Why the fuck are you so imbalanced? I can do 25 pull ups and 40 push ups and my lats are nothing to praise.
Reminder that pullups are done with full range of motion and that most of you are cheating.

Wtf is wrong with me?
I tried to do pull ups at the gym at one of those stations. The handles were wide af and I have a short reach already. Try it with a normal bar. Inb4 its the wrong way... no too wide is the wrong way.youtube.com
Terrible stamina
it's believable
I'm DYEL and can do about 13 pull/110 pushups
17 pull ups
Never maxed my push-ups, don't want to lose my gains by doing to many weak sauce reps.
decline pushups w/25 plate in backpack - 30
pullups-20
Shit form on those pushups tho no range of motion likely and bent back.
don't think so, go all the way up. I'm 5'7 and 64kg so not too heavy
everyone itt claiming 100+ push-ups, post vid so i can laugh at your form then fap
Found the guys who think a pushup is bending your arms for an inch whilst flopping your stomach to the ground.
i feel like I'd be able to do more chins/pulls if I had an anchored bar.
I always feel like I have to go way too slow, and really make sure my balance is perfect and steady as to make sure I don't damage my door frame, or jiggle the bar to fall off.
But, I think if I had a steady bar, I could pump out way more, a lot faster, and still do the full ROM.
stay mad
my pushups are all the way down bro, ez
post vid of you doing 50 pushups
Found the weak fucker that can't even do 30
Not everyone here is fat

12 pull ups
65 push ups
250lbs
Pull ups - 10
Push ups - 50-60 depending on the day
Im about 230lbs
arm length is also a factor, being 6,2 with 36" sleeve length is my favorite excuse for poor pushup performance
3 pull ups. 48 push ups
Over the course of my workout?
Normally I do about 40ish pull ups, 250-300 pushups. Start off with a set of around 60 then complete the rest in sets of 20.
Pushups are for boys
Intermediate mode:
>How many dips can you do?
God mode
>How many handstand pushups can you do?
pls dont be retarded, push ups are great for shoulder health
I could probably do 15-17 if I went all out my first set so I try to stay consistent
I can do 12X4 where the 12th rep is real hard on the last set.
Push-ups I have no clue because anything above 20 reps is a complete waste of potentially useful training time. Whatever is equivalent to 225X10 or 315X1 on the bench
Body weight is 210lb
Push-ups: 1
Pull-ups: 3 (if I use the slingshot thing for faggots$
Bench: 650lbs x 8
Deadlift: 500lbs x 5
>t. average Veeky Forums user
> push ups are for boys
Thats exactly why the army has a minimum standard for press ups, and not dips...
Pull ups:1 (used to be 10 before I started slacking)
Push ups:40 (used to be 50 before I started slacking)
weighted hammer/neutral grip chinups are the shit
15 pull ups
60 push ups
>28 pull ups
>107 push ups
Fatass here, 190cm with 97 kg.
Started training in January with 100 kg.
I do 3 x 8 chin-ups
3 x 12 wide push-ups
Jesus, just looked up the minimum standard and women have to less than half of what the guys have to do. Why is this allowed?
Because submitting to progressivism trumped actual ability to do the job required. Also that 2 mile run time for the women is a fucking joke
pull ups over 35 (did 50 once for a bet)
push ups around 40
Pull ups 0
Push ups like 40
Why would you think that?
Are you so stupid you think strength = aesthetic = endurance training?
Someone who does push ups every morning wont be particularly aesthetic or strong, but they will gain the endurance to do massive numbers of them.
>perfectly targets shoulders and the entire chest
>done by every serious BB and strength professional
>'worthless'
Only on Veeky Forums
pull ups - 15-16
push ups - 50+
5'8 162lbs 14-15% BF
Horseshit. The standards haven't changed since I joined in 02, so your "progressive" argument is bullshit. Also, you have to break the plane and do that amount in 2 minutes. These quarter depth pushups that most people do a million of don't count.
>weak
past 12 is more of endurance
>dyel
>push up isnt lifting but pushing the earth
kek
No pullups yet. :(. So close. Maybe in another month.
3x10 push-ups, but not diamond push-ups.
Fml
push ups are done by serious BB and strenght professionals?
ummm wow
what
impressive that you can do 8 pullups at that weight
>2017
>doing unnecessary 100 pushups
>not doing GF weighted pushups instead for real gains
Where/when in your workout do you do your pushups? I want to get my numbers up
Pull ups : 10
Push-ups: 30
