silicone smoothie

Cup of frozen mixed berries
2 cups of spinach and/or kale
Water
Blend and add water until smooth.

Add unflavored whey for protein if you want. I just drink it as above for vitamins.

I mean believe what you want but I need evidence.

Add about a cup and a half of water first. I just ment you might have to add more as you blend.

1 banana
1 avocado
3 spoons of plain whole yogurt
Fill it a quarter of the way with milk
Squeeze a bunch of honey on top
Squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)

32g is to much? I thought the recommended was about 40g.
