Disagree with everything except the safeties. All benchers need a spotter. Theres no roll of shame when the bar starts coming back towards your neck or face. I get liftoffs for weights as low as 135 because if your properly set (traps dug in to bench, scapula retracted, elbows tucked, it should be difficult to unrack the weight yourself as youd immediately want to flare your elbows, come off the bench, etc. dont be dumbasses. Find a training partner
