Why was it only the Nazi party that got elected by the people themselves as a ruling party, while not even one Communist parties (including the Bolsheviks) were/are like that?

Nazis never won a majority in any free election.

You could have made this statement some years ago and it would have been true, but now we have Venezuela- The first and only case in history were a communist tyranny was willingly voted into office.

They still took power democratically, though.

>*burns down Reichstag*
>*claims it was almost blind Dutch communist who started the fire*
>*bans opposition*
>*memes himself into government*

Because Marxism and capitalism are incompatible. You can't just declare that "state owns all mean of production, nau".

Isn't National Socialism against Capitalism too?

That's what they say

Not communist, and Maduro wasn't legitimately elected.

So, are you saying they won the election because they collaborated with capitalist class? Or is it because capitalism is naturally desirable for the people?

Only the part of capitalists that lack foreskin.

Not really. You mean to say they took power 'legally', banning any and all formal political opposition while jailing and cajoling dissidents isn't 'taking power democratically'

They were able to do that in the first place, why is that if it's not representative to the will of German people?

So, almost all of Europe isn't democratic? Interesting.

Two Swedish social democrats were also found nearby with gas canisters and lighters in the trunk of their car down the street from the reichstag. There's really no question about the evidence of collusion between the social democratic parties in their attempt at the fire. I even had a textbook say speculate that it was Hitler himself who ordered it because he gained the enabling act. Tbqh senpai, the enabling act could've probably prevented Hungary and others from falling to communism and suffering that fate.

Chile did it first with Allende, but his government was rightfully taken down once his government started to become anti constitutional.
Fun fact: worker's wages went down from 100% to 33% from start to end of his government. Socialism is so great!

>Le it's not real communism meme
Chavez called himself a Marxist and got elected democratically. Fraud was carried out after 2013 but by then the regime was already entrenched.

Marxist parties (with and without "communist" in name) routinely get elected in and out in Liberal republics, because there can be compromise in this case. With the Nazis - not so much. It is quite hilarious that you claim they were elected by the people, while it is quite obvious they usurped power.
Anticonstitutional according to whom? All parties in the parliament condemned the coup, and there was no constitutional crisis in Chilie of any sort.

corporatism is a pillar of fascism

>Anticonstitutional according to whom?
The Supreme Court and the majority of the chamber of deputies.
>All parties in the parliament condemned the coup
When the coup was over maybe lol
The Christian Democrats were the ones who voted Allende to power, but then called for the military to intervene, and back to democracy pretended it never happened. They are well know over here for having such "flexible" opinions.
>and there was no constitutional crisis in Chilie of any sort.
There was.

Nazis only won lots of seats in Reichstag and became popular(but not major) political party. Hitler lost presidential elections to Hindenburg but still was given chancellery position to solidate political balance and in hopes of making NSDAP a simple puppet party. But after Hindenburg death, resignation of von Papen and burning of Reichstag, nazis assumed full power and banned all opposition while banning free election all together...
If you call this "elected by the people" you don't know what democratic election even mean...

Bolsheviks aren't better. They were constantly losing to social revolutionaries and even fucking mensheviks, so they resorted to ousting provisional government with coup.

They formed a political alliance with the chancellor dude who preferred the nationalist socialists to the globalist socialists
If he had his way the emperor would have been reinstated though

Communists won an election in Nepal

Dude, just admit you didn't know the history of the Nazi party's rise to power.

It's obvious.

For practical purposes, every political party in Nepal is communist, so...

Such a resolution is completely irrelevant because:
>the declaration had not obtained the two-thirds Senate majority "constitutionally required" to convict the president of abuse of power
So in what way was he rightfully taken down?

The Reichstag fire being started by the Nazis is a myth. A.J.P. Taylor presents the case of Fritz Tobias who has comprehensively refuted all claims.
