training is different than hitting PRs anyways, his highest deadlift ever was 340kg and here he is pulling 320 off the ground like its featherweight.
Also on squat i think 300kg is his highest and here he is squatting almost that with ease.
Maybe he just doesnt feel like trying to hit that max lift every day.

Natty peanut butter has ~100 calories/16 grams. Considering I was going though 750g jars every 12 days or less, then I was eating 400 calories of peanut butter a day. There's physically no way to eat more peanut butter

i dont think knokob has ever squatted as much or deadlifted as much, but in classic lifts he has him beat, and especially overhead work

it isn't 160kg i can assure you, that is a very unique trait among weightlifters, only berestov comes close and mogushkov maybe has him beat but is twice his size

watch this and you'll see, polovnikov, lovchev and lots of the others all have 240+ cjs and they're in the 100+ range. the ONLY one to go above 150 is klokov, and he's literally prodigal when it comes to strict press, i dont think you appreciate how progress in strict press occurs relative to jerk strength. its most common for weightlifters to have a press in the range of 50-60% of their jerk
