It goes day/month/year, nicely ordered from smaller to larger intervals. Anything else is retarded special snowflake stuff, like writing 12 hours, 30 minutes and 10 seconds as 30:12:10 and not 12:30:10 like a normal country.

Part of the reason I'm skelley is because it's easier for me to ignore hunger than it is to spend hours each day constantly buying and cooking food.

Eh, I end up eating 3000k some days and I'm 50kg. It's usually sugary drinks and eating an entire package of candy the same day I buy it. Or I eat normally during the day, get hungry af at night, don't have anything in the fridge and order a pizza with 1200kcal. Drinking with friends throws me off massively, too.

I usually end up doing this if I underate the days before and get mad hungry.

My maintenance is 3-4k depending on how active I am and I'm not even that big.

You don't always have to cook your own food

Eggs, cheese, milk and olive oil are your friend.

Peanut butter and toast
Whole milk and cereal
Pasta with bertoli cream sauce

There you lazy cunt, if you can use a toaster and boil water you can make a 1000 calorie meal if you portion right

Drench it over all your food and easily add 300 calories from that alone.
