I actually didn't know flaxseed contain that much phytoestrogen. i've had a daily teaspoon for a while. Thanks. The rest of the items i posted don't apply for your response, however.

You get your proteins by realising that most of those dangers are exaggerated. Just like with all those shitty fad diets, like 90% about what you hear on the topic of health is some absolute bullshit. The people that write all those shitty articles or talk on your talkshows have zero understanding on the subject. They take one thing that some study says, often times completely warp what the researchers actually stated, and shit that all over the news.
Your body can handle some fucking saturated fat from red meat, and unless you inject that shit into your bloodstream 24/7 you don't actually increase your chances of getting cancer in any significant way.
Your kidneys literally exist to filter shit out. Only the most idiotic of health nuts would aim to not even let their organs do their base function.
And if cans are out to get you, just get some fresh tuna you fuckwit.

If you're eating five times as much protein as the average person you should begin to worry about exaggerated dangers, an appropriate Veeky Forums diet is extreme an extreme one.

Flax phytoestrogens (lignins) are also the weakest form of phytoestrogen. Although it has a lot, it's orders of magnitude weaker than even soy phytoestrogens, which are orders of magnitude weaker than human estrogens.

>Red meat creates a small increase in the risk of certain diseases >Therefore you shouldn't eat it
Testosterone is a huge risk factor for a myriad of chronic diseases, far more than red meat consumption. If you're really so concerned you should cut your ball off.

Most saturated fat can be cut out of most red meats Any processed meat is bad for you Sardines don't have hardly any mercury Fresh tuna has exactly the same mercury as tinned tuna if they're from the same location
