Gonna start squash once a week as well.

I'm aiming for about 2000 kcal per day (my TDEE is 2300 kcal apparently) Is this right?

I'm 359 and eat around the same, just eat a shit ton of vegetables, they fill you up. I also went pretty low carb to get rid of the shitty sugar cravings.

If your TDEE is 2300, I'd probably be eating closer to 1700-1800.

There is literally nothing wrong with bread. People just eat too much of it and one subs worth of bread is fine. The kcal content for an oven roasted footlong is jokingly low.

Thats why I do low carb, can still get the dairy fix. Creamed spinich with cheese is actually amazing and has like 300kcal for half a plate.

How do I stop being paranoid that I'm counting my calories all wrong? I don't cook 100% of my meals so I can't help but feel like the information on MFP won't always be accurate enough to be within my goal.

Get friends/hobbies that don't just involve drinking maybe.

I never drank before cutting and not drinking never stopped me from having a social life.

I just try to go under my calories by 650 on the app. You can also look at the labels or check online. More restaurants and companies are putting food information on there.

Its really not that hard to eat at that deficit. Did so for a few weeks. I just fucked up Friday until today. Haven't been running since was sick and family keeps pushing their shitty food. Gave in. I only had 1400 as a baseline and never go over it.

In 2 months I've went from 140kg to 134kg then my weight stopped for like 2 weeks, now, after 3 months I'm at 133kg.
Im 21 years old and 190cm tall.
I'm eating 1900 kcal.
Last week I started doing 5x5 stronglifts and 10min on stationary bike 3 times a week + taking magnesium, vitamine c and b6, potassium, omega acids, creatine, coffeine and protein whey.
Is there any way to speed up fat loss? I feel like I havent changed anything and I like my motivation is running out.

you might just be hitting a plateau. are you eating at minus 500 cal of your maintenance? if you are eating less regularly you slowed your own metabolism down and if you give up you'll end up going beyond your starring weight

there's nothing wrong with that but that was more for gains than cutting.
you should have probably gone with 2500. 1900 is a fast drop. you have two options here, slowly raise your kcal to 2500 which will take a while and you might gain a little on the way if your thyroid gland is the problem or just stick with where you are for another month or two and let homeostasis do its thing

Eat 1.2k kcal every day and up your cardio time. 1.5h/day. Fuck lifting until you are at like 100kg or something. You are seriously obese, your number one priority should be to lose all that fat first. You can worry about gaining muscle later.

I'm just shy of 6 ft, 5 10-11, and I weight 170 pounds. I wanted advice on what I should do if I wanted to improve my looks. I don't think I'm overweight, just out of shape. I've been doing some body weight exercises lately, not sure if it's what I should be doing.

You should lift weights and eat at maintenance. You are probably skinny fat. Most people that dont workout but are at acceptable weight levels usually are.

I feel like a broken record recommending intermittent fasting to literally everyone.

But I'd recommend looking into intermittent fasting. Helps deal with appetite, burn fat more efficiently, easier to mange food intake. Given your height/weight. I'd start a lifting routine, eat at maintenance while doing IF and should make some noob gains.

Let me get this straight, just skip breakfast tomorrow, and then eat lunch and dinner, and start lifting? Oh and forgot to mention this, but I'm still applying for jobs and thus don't have money for weightlifting gear, could I just fill some 5 gallon bottles and start lifting?

More or less. Choose an 8 hour eating window that works for you. Most do like 12-8pm. Do some light cardio while fasted in the morning too when ever possible. I'd also recommend tracking what you eat on myfitnesspal for at least a week to get an idea of what you are taking in daily.

Finding a calisthenics routine is fine too. Although it is harder to progress than with a good weight lifting routine.
