Vit D, biotin (less than 10,000 MCG or you might break out).
I take 10k MCG with biotin but I don't break out.

A,D,E,K are oil based.

you'd be hard pressed to find doses that high you'll get issues from it.

you'd need to take more than 300k iu in one day (that'd be 6 50k iu pills which are expensive af) or take 40k iu every day for 3 months.

Daily vitamins are aload of shite.....if you can walk into a gym and do exercise and you aint got no liver/kidney problems there is no need...sort a balanced diet out.
