Lifts: Bench 225lbs x5, Squat: 330lbs x5, OHP: 135lbs x5, Deadlift 405lbs x5

Those are all lifts achievable within 6-10 months for a healthy adult male who played sports as a child.

idk but this shit body fat % can get quite obsessive. U look lean enough at 200lbs in 2 lightings, ur close to 1k club. you can start cutting weight imo to get more ab and veinz

Also, i've been trying to get visible abs but i just love shitty food and alcohol too much for it. Does this count as acceptable for fems or should i try harder?
