I was in germany one time and forgot my meds, went to a pharmacy and they had no problems getting me the right stuff and actually gave me gummy bears to "help with the stress". It's much more common there.

>Put an ice cube on it until your entire lip is numb, leave it right over the tingling spot, this will slow it down
>Slather your lip in cold sore cream, this stuff works miracles. Keep it on your lips constantly
>Get Lysine tablets, eating foods containing lysine won't do shit, there's not enough. You need to pop about 8-10 pills in the first hour, it will give you stomach cramps but work through it.
>Don't share drinking glasses with anyone, and wash your pillowcases regularly when you have an outbreak
