From when you started lifting, what was your greatest personal achievement?

From when you started lifting, what was your greatest personal achievement?

when I looked in the mirror one morning and realized that my love handles were gone forever

Realizing lifting was a waste of my time

Better stay fat, fat boy.

Self respect, self discipline, and knowing I was in better shape than 75% of my country.

made a girl squirt three time in a row

t-thanks squats

two goals I recently met after 6 months were being able to bench 1pl8 and being able to do a set of 5 unassisted pull ups. might not seem like much, but I've always been a dumpy geek who's the butt of every "unathletic" joke, so it felt good to finally approach the "low average" part of the physical spectrum.

Getting a phd scholarship 2 weeks after graduating and nailing other academics fields after that. PR's are cool, but they won't make you a 10k/day ceo

Self-disciplin. It spreads to all other areas of my life.

It's like a ''life compound movement''.

Getting below 200 pounds for the first time in over 10 years

Realizing that commercial jew gym > home gym

Well, it depends. Was it mainly fat? How tall are you?

what are you talking about "it depends" that guy set a goal, achieved it, then shared it

Being skinny isn't a goal.

Not giving up.
Other achievements don't really matter.

>lifting related
Hitting dat dere lmao4plaete1!eleven!! diddly for the first time
>non lifting related
Getting my second black belt

>not being fat isn't a goal

500 lb deadlift at 17. I put the 2.5s on and everything. Then a 495x2 at 31. I don't really push past lmao5pl8 since I don't compete or anything.

From when i started lifting to now, my greatest personal achivement has been voting trump

This.

Nicely said.

I've had this as well

Acceptance to university and a 2 pl8 bp at 140 lbs
