Correction: side lateral raises when done with the typical form you see gymbros do them with is bad for shoulder health. Low weight, nice and controlled, and being mindful of any possible impingement keeps them safe.

Yeah, I've been doing low weight, 12 reps. No struggling, could probably do 20 reps.
