Well i mean ive never really trained for strength i always did higher rep sets so id have to change up my entire training system to train for powerlifting. And bodybuilding shows are kinda homoerotic so im gonna pass on that

If you have a lot of mass and trained in high rep ranges, then you've got a great advantage as you'll have really good GPP and work capacity.
