There's absolutely no fucking way you look like that at 5'11. Either you are lying about your height, or you are lying about your weight.

I can believe it. I was that tall and that small when I was younger and basically never lifted ever. I kept trying to get smaller and smaller since all my fat was stored on my belly area.

What did you do?

I just stopped trying to lose weight and focused on gaining muscle. I look much better now since I focused a lot on lats so I appeared wider to get rid of that birthing hips look.

read sticky for guide, but basically just start eating at like 500 caloric surplus along with lots of protein. LIFT HEAVY so you are actually gaining muscle instead of just fat.

5'11 here. If true, he's 253, not 153. Medical Ideal Body-weight (read: relatively lean), for someone of that height is 165. You wouldn't have that body-type at your height and weight. Either you're lying to yourself or to us.
