Incidentally I did have an idea that you should get one "joker card" you can use on the NHS. So if for example you want to reassign your gender or get cosmetic surgery on the NHS, that's fine. But if later in life you get cancer due to smoking or liver disease due to drinking heavily, then you have to pay.

I'm out $200+ in co-pays and lab fees and since my FIRST visit was normal, the Dr. refuses to pursue treatment for my statistically low testosterone. I got the results from the most recent test yesterday and he still says "low but generally inconclusive." He also wants to charge me to discharge each and every lab result to another doctor for a fee of $45 each.

Well the problem was he kept leading me on after each test came back low. Obviously I am to blame for falling for it twice, but after the first low he said that if I slept less than 8 full fasted hours last night it would affect the results. The second low he told me I was within the margin of error for being "low-normal" again and the third one I actually took the results in person and asked for a copy which is where he gave me the $45/hour per lab result.

I don't have the results in front of me, unfortunately, so I don't want to say the wrong number, but both total and free were in the normal range for a 75-84 year old man. Google says that's 471 and 6, respectively.
