My bench and ohp pr are from the same day.
It's not much at 275 and 195 but it is a pr. And then I do weighted dips. That same day I did 185 on ohp before my quad locked up for 3. Then I tried 205, then I tried 200, then I did 195. I also did 275 twice on bench because the first one was inches from my chest.
Flat bench might hinder it a little bit, but incline right fucks it.
As long as you're progressing in weight workout to workout, your 1rm will go up. That might not be your true 1rm for ohp, but if you're always doing bench and ohp on the same day, it doesn't matter.
Give yourself an adequate rest period and if you're strong enough you should be fine

Add in hip thrusts or glute bridges and take out lying leg curls.
Add in good mornings, or hyperextensions if you don't want another hammy/glute exercise.
You should always train your lower back to some degree. You might not be deadlifting or whatever, but it will help throughout life.
