Need a workout routine to build muscle. All I have are resistance bands and a pull up bar. My max pull ups is like 30 and push ups is 25. 6'1 170 with good amount of fat I need to lose

If anyone knows a routine posted online with just this equipment could you share it with me please

I have a strong back and weak everywhere else, I look like a pretty normal skinny fat guy. I'll try my max now though maybe I'm wrong

25 push ups is definitely my max, resting to do pull ups now

Take a video of you doing 30 strict pull ups and I'll blow a mule to completion

I can definitely do a single strict pull up I hope you're just exaggerating

and when I work out (or try to, see: thread) I always go slow and extend fully. I just don't do chin ups cause it feels like I'm injuring my wrists
