10-13 mile long run 1x per week, 1.5-2 hours

What's the difference between wednesday and sunday?

I do weights 3x week, about 2 hours each time because I take extended rests between sets

cardio 2-3x a week and that's only 25-30mins per session plus 15 mins of stretching

I workout whenever I feel like for as long as I feel like. I was extremely disciplined my first five years, and now I just lift to maintain.

Every morning I do a 30 minute run before breakfast. After breakfast I lift for about an hour, sometimes a lil bit over. After lifting I do Krav Maga for an hour followed by another hour of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

I do this 5 times a week, with 2 rest days.

10-20 minutes a day 7 days a week. people who spend over an hour at the gym are retarded unless they are huge roided gymrats who spends 4+ hours every day there.
