Do kilograms make people stronger? For example a beginner on SS in America might add 5lbs a session but in Europe they'd add 2.5 kilos and make slightly more gains

Also 22 pounds sounds like a big jump but 10 kilos doesn't sound as daunting so maybe itd inspire people to go for bigger PRs

Hey, 6'2 230 here. Just hit 1/2/3/4. I'd like to cut to 180 or so. My plan for conditioning is after lifting do a minute of jump rope then minute of rest for a total of 1 hour. Every 10 cycles do a prowler push. Does this sound alright?

I do smolov for squats and smolov junior for bench as well. I can't see a reason why I shouldn't do both at the same time.

For the love of fuck, protect your shoulders and elbows. They are going to take an absolute beating over the next few weeks, especially if you're transitioning from a much lower volume.

No but my dl did go up after smolov so unless you love dl or something you dont really have to do it (progression may vary)

Finished sheiko advanced medium load about two weeks ago, so I will definitely struggle with the volume, but will be fine somehow. I literally never felt pain in my elbows, but shoulders could be a problem, thanks.

Make sure to eat and sleep very consistently and if something starts to hurt do not push though the volume will fuck it up hard

If you're not too beat up I'd suggest doing a small amount of easy deadlifting just to keep the groove. Otherwise you can dig yourself into the situation where you've gotten stronger but it all gets hidden by being rusty on the movement.
