Someone told me once that if you pick heavy things up and put them back down you'll get big. Thought it was just a meme until i tried it out. Now I pick up all sorts of heavy things and put them back down.

Forearm curls and wrist rollers are the shit, wrist roller more so as forearm curls fuck your shit up if you do them too much.

Snatch grip deadlifts and snatch grip RDLs are amazing, I love them to bits.

I underappreciated incline bench, feels great now I can go heavy.

I also underappreciated pull-ups. Never liked them but starting using straps to make them more comfortable and now I enjoy them and I'm good at them.
