I have a bad back and knee (bulging disc and torn ACL) so i cant squat or DL. Heres my routine, I sometimes add extra exercises on different days depending if i feel like i got a good enough lift in. such as the vag cruncher machine on leg day, and extra shoulders depending on what im feeling.
