I've eaten 4 eggs a day for a month and am still alive. They're cheap, and I've never gotten a straight answer out of any one as to if they're bad long term or not so fuck it.

Most honest answer: probably, it is okay, but there are few studies on that much eggs a day consumption. You might want to keep it on the safe side, tho, 2-3 eggs a day everyday.

there's a good study done on it, they only did with 4 eggs daily and it came out as perfectly fine

now if you can consume more than 4 is unknown since it wasn't tested

I have 8 large eggs for breakfast every day. 65 grams of protien, 550 calories and a hella amount of fat but idc. Salt and pepper and a little bit of ketchup.
