Feels good man. Just hit that 1plate deadlift last week.. Was definitely some mirin goin on.
I was in auschwitz mode when I first started but I was able to deadlift 1 plate the first day I deadlifted. Took me like 2 months after that to get to 2pl8 though. Keep at it.
