IIFYM is the only 'cheating' you should do. If u want to eat pizza/hamburger then prepare to skip every other meal and eat maybe couple apples on top of ur 'cheat meal'

No cheat days user. I've seen them in action with friends and they don't work.

I've work 3 doubles the last 3 days (almost 50 hours) on my feet running around the entire time and went to lift two of the days. I ate so much this weekend and still lost weight, felt so good.

It's fine to eat at maintenance every once in awhile during a long cut.

Every day is a cheat day for me and I'm 6'1", 180lbs. I eat whatever I want. Some days I have chicken and broc for dinner. Some days i have a pint of ben and jerry half baked and a sip. It I'm not a disgusting lardass and enjoy healthy foods so it balances out
