How am I doing?

good job

Looking good.
Do you do cardio? How many days a week? How tall?

1 year only got you to 100kg squat?

My squat is stalling af

No cardio, just skelly. Manlet as well, 5'9''/175cm.

140lbs x 1 overhead press
315lbs x 1 squat
315lbs x 1 Deadlift
225lbs x 1 bench

6 months so far! 200lbs bodyweight, 6ft tall

I am where you are for squat and dl,ohp 105lbs
my bench sucks though 135lbs
6 months lifting 5'10 154 lbs
you look decent though progress is progress

Lookin good bro.
Work on that squat tho

Eat and sleep more so you can break dat squat plateau

Aside from that, good work OP keep it up.

>Not sure if front body is weak, or the back is too strong

>How am I doing?
Hard to say without knowing where your lifts started. Overall they are fairly weak, but you look better than 90% of Veeky Forums just because you're lean

have to play with the cards we get

1 month progress(no memes I swear)
168 lbs, 6'0"
145x3 bench
215x5 squat
215x5 diddly
95x3 OHP

gj man

lifts are shit and aesthetics are shit. but keep lifting until you get there.

thanks mang
It took ~3 days to bench the bar for a full set
before I started I could hardly curl 15lb dumbells x8

How much longer?

are you kidding me?

This guy is every single poster on Veeky Forums

weight?

nah, ever since then I've been going 5x a week and I don't feel like a piece of shit anymore

it's the same, brah

strive for dat balance

No, forget the sarcasm. This is terrible. Forget the weights until you can do 50 pushups and 20 pullups and run 8 miles. Then at least _try_ to lift those 82.5kgs 5 times. All the way down and all the qay up. Also, eat a bit better.

you're lifting more than me after one month while I've lifted for 9 and started at ok weights

good for you I guess

65kg/140ibs

we're all gonna make it, brah

really hope so cause going on Veeky Forums is depressing

nice, at what weight did you start at? did you bulk/cut/maintain?

Started at 70 kg. Lost some weight by not eating junk, and just maintained 65 kg.

Reading shit like this is depressing. 1 year of lifting didn't bring me to a 100kg squat, I only got up to 80kg

It took me a while to get my nutrition and routine out of wack, so I guess I have that to blame.

I'm not completely upset, because I did make progress. I have athletic history and started at the bar, and lost 20 pounds of fat. Still, seeing people with way more progress than me hurts.

I have no athletic history, is what I meant to say. Not in my childhood and not in my family.

Ok, I'm at 63 kg/183 cm, going to start ICF once i've learned all the lifts with good form. Also, very nice progress man.

I'm struggling to learn how to squat, do you use HB/LB? Any stretches you did for mobility?

I keep falling forward and i can't get my butt down, any advice?

1. Learn how to get comfortable in a deep squat position. Practice ankle mobility while you at it.

2. Practice how to balance your ass to grass high bar squat with pause.

3. Decide to do low bar squat instead because your body is all fucked up from sitting in a chair all day.

Do body weight squats every day to build balance.

I feel you're DL pain my short armed friend ;_;

I don't - OP

jh

Why is it that some dudes have good liftan numbers but look like shit compared to others that lift bitch weights and are buff as hell?

9 months progress:
OHP 65kg for 5
Bench 92,5kg for 5
Squat 145kg for 5
Deadlift 132,5kg for 5

Its decent, not very impressive but not bad either.

I was a 73kg skeleton man when I started 6 months ago. About 83-85kg now (188cm/6"1).
1max
DL: 165kg
Sumo DL: 160kg
Strict OHP: 76kg
Bench: 100kg
Squat:I dont do anymore.

Sad part is I look like weak fucking cunt still thanks to thin ass bone genes.

Combination of lies plus genetics with a little programme design on the side.
