any of you anons training purely for aesthetics, but with full body routines? looks to me like everyone who just lifts to look good does some kind of a split (even if it's just U/L)

I do a routine that is basically SS + chin ups and dips. Squat light in the middle of the week though.
Cardio every day and a clean diet with lots of natural carbs.

nice. what's you height and how long have you been lifting for?

5'10, 82kg (180lbs)

Lifting for about 2 years now.

your chest is CHIT
still better than mine

strictly powerlifting to look good is a meme srs

>your chest is CHIT
Not him, but he's chest is looking good. IMO, pecs can get too big for aesthetics, just like quads.

leeroy colbert routine is GOAT , if u dont doit ur never gonna make it

Bump for interest

His chest is perfect u moron

>natural carbs
What did he mean by this?

that the carbs are not made with steroids ?

Lmao are you the creatine guy from the other thread?

probably high carb food (oats, fruits etc) vs added sugars in juices and other junk food

ok, at least I feel better now

Some people say SS is a meme, but it seems like the people who do it long term come out pretty decent

any more pics of people who did ss/full body only?

currently doing this old bodybuilding routine

monday/wednesday/friday
seated btn press 3x10
barbell curl 3x10
squat 1x20
pullover 1x20
dips 3x12
squat 1x20
chinups 5x8
stiff leg dl on a block 1x10

the squats arent supposed to be super heavy and all out, but rather something to stimulate the whole body. you take 2-3 big deep breaths between each rep.
take big deep breaths during the pullovers and stiff leg deadlifts too. stiff leg dls done 10lbs less than squat weight

anyone?

ran g6 for a while and got some decent results

feel like 3way split 2x a week is the golden ticket to gainsville tho

Young Arnold did fullbody routines until he left the army and moved to Munich, wherapon he started split training as a necessity due to his busy schedule

Reg Park's beginner routine specifically

you look pretty dyel to me, looks like you literally just did some curls

I do full body twice a week, compounds first followed by isolations.

Lovin it.

natty carbs, carbs who lift roid-free

you only workout twice a week?

I've just searched for it, looks great indeed

Full body 3x a week
Run 3x a week
Stretch 2x a week

Don't train for aesthetics tho

Pic from like two months back

>inb4 comments about hair, I'm growing it out
