I have a selection of so called trigger songs, usually power electronics or RAC demos, that I use just for PR attempts. I've deliberately associated them with getting as hyped up as I dare without feeling too ashamed. It really works, the downside is that I can't listen to them in a more normal setting without getting uncomfortable but that's not really a problem since only few people I know can even tolerate this stuff for two minutes.
