My PR diddly 1rm is 6pl8. (only proven lift I have is 250kg see pic)
PR bench 1rm is 120kg. pathetic in comparison.
My squat is dump, don't really do squats nowadays due to work (walk 10+ miles every day)
I'm relatively decent at OHP though, can get 1 2 reps with bodyweight (85kg) and 12 reps with 1pl8.

The wildebeest is kind of a meme because it refers to ectomorph, and neglect that more weight equals more strength. For instans, alle strongmans are tall, but not ectomorphs.

If you have long arms relative to your height, you're gonna have a harder time gaining arm and shoulder mass and strength compared to the rest of you. Your deadlifts are gonna be godly tho.

I just checked my proportions in paint. I went from 2 heads width to 2.5 heads width after going from 120 lbs to 180 lbs at 5'10". Height is set though so you're not going to get to hero mode if you're not already tall

It's really not kid. Take two people same height and bf%. One of them has 24" clavicles and 8" wrists, the other has 18" clavicles and 6" wrists. The larger frame guy is going to have an easier time in life due do being 'bigger' and will put out more weight. There's a reason all thicc guys have thicker/wider skeletons.

It's not so much of a problem with roids, but if you're natty with a small frame, you should just be accepting your ottermode fate. Don't injur yourself trying ot get any bigger.
