you will have great results with your natural hormones at this age. Do starting strength and drink a half gallon of milk a day and eat 2,800 calories or so. In 6 months you'll be amazed at the progress and then you can transition into some bodybuilding routine if you like.

I can't do a push up for the love of god but I used to move a lot tho

The 5 Cs
Calisthenics(pushups, situps, squats, chinups etc etc)
Cardio(can be walking, running, jogging, swimming, biking, playing a sport, anything)
Curl bro routine(bench, bent rows, shoulder lifts, anything to do with curls tricep work and forearm work)
Calorie counting(If you are too fat eat fewer calories, if you are too small meaning you, eat more calories, if you feel like shit eat better calories)
Chill(Stress will make you into a weak, tired, fat ,limp dicked bitch)

Yeah its fucked, I had a bit of muscle on me when I first started lifting and I was 62kg
