So a recomp where muscle gain w/o fat gain has you at a lower bf% at the end is boosted since carbs are essentially impossible in excess

Choosing var over Tren is like choosing yohimbine over dnp.

Tren attaches to androgen receptors in fat cells helping "accelerate" the rate at which the body utilizes fat for energy. Coupled with increased nutient efficiency and muscle sparing, your fat literally does fall off.

Nutrient efficiency is seen with tren, not much with test. However you should still make gains provided you reach your protein goal throughout the cycle

you mean 2kg of fat a week? Thats somewhat possible with DNP, but with steroids youd have to diet pretty damn hard and do high intensity exercise iirc.

2kg of bodyfat contains about 68,000 kj iirc.

You could get lean first then do roids for gains and eat a bit of a surplus when you no longer need to worry about bodyfat

DNP then roid.

DNP+roid and then switch to surplus and drop DNP once fat is low enough.

One week into my cut on prop and I'm up 2kg.

Thing is, I've been eating well below my TDEE (750 if not 1000 kcal deficit), doing cardio and eating mostly protein and fat, while avoiding simple carbs and the like, except for fructose.

I don't really notice much phyisically (as far as my appearance goes), but my strength has been going up (not by much), I can recover much quicker between sets and my endurance is through the roof.

Could these 2kg be the result of some sort of "noob gains" reaction? I lost a good bit of muscle after a one year hiatus, so I might be recomping, so I'm guessing it might be that too.

No, any amount starts working, it just takes a while for peak levels to build up. If you want to reduce that amount of time then you can frontload.

GOMAD is the greatest thing on gear. I went from 225-245 and my Squat went from 480 to 535 on 4 weeks of sDrol. I know a lot of the weight is glycogen, but squatting for singles twice a day and cheap food makes for a great cycle. I think I gained some fat, but I look leaner.

250mg Test-E for the past year, but might go to 150mg Test-E and 200mg Mast-E; but to answer your question, yeah that's what I do. I just use a test base and blast orals. I always maintain weight and strength; but I also have a home gym and lift everyday.
