Fuck you! Seriously fuck yall sipbois. I fell for your stupid marketing scam and started to search for sips. In whole city there was only one place which sold that shit. It cost me €3.20 but still I bought a can of this white sip.
And let me tell you- this drink had the most repulsing aftertaste. It was sort of good but at the same time it was just awful. If it wasn't enough, then ~10min after gulping down the gross beverage my heart started to race and I felt nauseous.

I'm using it to study though and i'm not eagerly anticipating the laxative effect artificial sweeteners have on me. Surely caffeine isn't going to make much of a difference on workouts?

It does. The extra focus stimulants allow is something you experience as a greater awareness and control of your muscles/body. I didn't understand the "focus" thing until I started trying nootropics. It really does make a considerable difference. I just use caffeine now though.
