1 GORILLION POUNDS LMAO
around 200 kg untrained i'd reckon
easily 600 of you somehow manage to get him lifting for two years
>A gorilla can only lift 100kg more than eddie hall with two years of training.
Have you seen those fuckers? When they thump the ground with their fists you can literally feel the vibration. They're on another level compared to human strength.
Untrained they can deadlift an estimeted 800kgs, if trained alot more probably.
pic related is too busy eating bananizza and fucking your oneitis
Yes, but their leverages are fucking shit for a deadlift.
AYO HOL UP!
DAS MUTHA FUCKIN RACSIS!
>stupid ass monkey
I've been lifting for 2 years and bet I could beat it's hairy ass
>Your daily source of gorilla training expertise
>not having atleast 3 gorillas in your local gym
where do you live you dirty fucker
?????? they are made for deadlift
youtu.be
this show says that a gorilla could snatch 4400lbs
that's correct. the back is the moment arm.
and they have really long backs.

From the Guinness book of records 1975 In 1924 "Boma" a 165Lbs male chimp at the Bronx zoo, New York, recorded a right handed pull (feet braced) of 847 Lbs on a dynamometer.(the comparison given is 210Lbs for a man of the same weight). On another occasion, "Suzette" registered a pull of 1260 Lbs while in a rage (same zoo).
A record form the USA of a 100Lbs chimp achieving a dead lift of 600 Lbs with ease sugests that, with training, a Male gorilla could raise 1800 Lbs.
just LMAO at you phaggot
>pr deadlift on friday
I have to do this
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
i believe i saw an estimate that a trained gorilla could theoretically deadlift a full ton
I remember reading once that a gorilla could theoretically deadlift over 11,000 lbs
A gorilla wouldn't really get bigger from lifting. Their muscles are designed so they're basically using them 100% all the time that's how they get so strong from doing seemingly mundane things and eating veggies all day. Humans on the other hand have finer motor skills so our muscles aren't "on" all the time
I love you, thanks, this bring back feels from when it was all so simple
lmao literally bullshit, they just have way more fibers, just give gorilla some steroids and you will see
>there are pepole that deadlift 500kg
>gorilla can "THEORETICALLY" deadlift a ton
lmao
Well friend, Gorillas have different muscle fibers than us. Adrenaline increases their strength by an incredible amount. I used to have a video on this but I'm having trouble finding it.
It showed a group in the wild, and where one struggled to shift a tree, another sprinted by, ripping it and several other trees down without notice, only to get to the camera men. Gorillas dont have the endurance we do, but their reflex strength is much higher
If he did one rep, he could probably pull almost 700 lbs, if excited
If not, he might manage 200 lbs
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
You're a fucking idiot
>THENK YE BECK SNEP GERILLA
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
Yeah man, apes and monkeys are fucking stupid strong which is weird because most of the time gorillas don't even fight, they charge and then stop dead within a few feet of the target.
They'll only fight if the thing they're threatening flinched or something.
How much do they eat to mentain all that muscle? All they eat are bananas and each other where does the protein come from?
No m8 a gorilla could get stronger with training, it's just that we evolved smaller more efficient muscles with the development of tools because we didn't need to rip trees down for food.
>All they eat are bananas and each other
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
they have bacteria in their stomach that gives them a bunch of fucking amino acids and protein content
THANK YOU BACK SNAP GORILLA
Thank you back snap gorilla for those sweet sweet gainz
They can pick up a boulder with relative ease.
what like a small Boulder?
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
"According to Sea World, a gorilla has six times the upper body strength of an adult human. Assuming an average person can bench press his body weight, a 300-pound gorilla is capable of pressing approximately 1,800 pounds."

Holy fuck
The gorilla at my gym lifts over 350kg I think. Pretty good!
Not enough to compensate for their small dicks is the answer.
>where does the protein come from?
ur a dummy, protein is literally in everything
the average silverback eats 20kg worth of plants a day. Avergae plant has like 3g of protein per 100g so thats 600g of protein there lmao
I don't understand gorillas. They eat nothing but grass all day, where do they get the protein for those muscles?
Gorillas have gut bacteria that is able to ferment cellulose (fiber) and ultimately turn it into short-chain fatty acids, a rich source of energy.
Humans lack this and cannot break down cellulose, so we would get very little energy from the same diet.
As far as amino acids go, I'll defer to other commenters. But this explains where they get so many calories from, such that they can afford to have muscle mass.
Gorillas evolved toward muscle mass, humans evolved toward intelligence
Nothing they cant even stand on 2 feet for more than 30 seconds
But they can probably lat pull down or row a lot
