My answer was to make my own burgers with leaner meat (90/10 keeps juiciness but higher is better and less calories) and baking fries to reduce fat from oil.

Also light on cheese. Like an ounce per meal if I use it.

I started eating more raw, clean staple foods like eggs, rice, and meat I cook. The difference is I have to eat a lot more food to get my calorie quota for the day, it gets to the point where I can barely finish my meals.
In contrast on the days that I go out and get a gigantic burger or burrito I can easily go over my calorie quota and still be hungry for more.

tldr; eat foods with less calories but more mass.
Unless you're doing a dirty bulk then eat whatever the fuck you want

I've always had a huge appetite. Large quantities off fiber and greens has worked well. Start off every meal with 85g of raw spinach (that is a damn dinner plate full of spinach BTW) and 100g of beans (black or pinto). Fills you up quick in less than 200kcal.

Yeah yeah we all heard how fat makes you feel full, almost all of us started off as keto or low carb faggots.

But in reality no variation of macros (diet) will help you with not feeling hungry on a deficit.It's as simple as that.

Sure binging is easier with carbs since, but binging hardly happens because people feel hungry if t "not full".

The meme is the idea that you can just eat lots of fat while still being on a deficit without feeling hungry.

I'm not denying that carbs spike insulin, that's why I acknowledge that carbs are the go too foods when people have binge episodes.

But hunger or feeling not full are not the cause of that.

You need to make a distinction between "hunger" and pleasure.
The somewhat normal buikd guy that downs 3burgers and then claims he wants more is not hungry anymore, he wants the pleasure of eating delicious food.
