Cut down to visible six pack, but still kind of wondering if I should go further to get those obliques showing more. Afraid of too much muscle loss though.

Suicide cuts are more successful with the scale. When I was a super fatass, 420+ lbs., I did 1200/cal per day, but not that I've got some gains, it's a constant struggle between weight going down on the scale and weight going down on my lifts.

I now understand why powerlifters just permabulk.

I have been drinking nothing but water all I eat is

>150g white rice
>small portion of oatmeal with skimmed milk and 20g protein powder
>2 scoops protein powder with 600ml skimmed milk
>20g protein bar

3 months untill summer. 2 kg per month. how is this hard?

I started last day of January and had only 6-7kg to cut but I won't make it till summer either.

I've lost only 2kg and it just gets harder the leaner I get.

I train 6 days a week and eat 2000kcal. I decided to start doing strength routine for this cut and my lifts have actually gone up which is great.

But I guess I fell for the high TDEE meme. I have type 1 diabetes so my metabolism could be EXTREMELY fucked. Should probably try cutting at 1600kcal for the next month and see the progress.

I'm 20 pounds down since January. I'd like to lose 10-14 more by May.
My bench has gone from 305 for 3 to 285 for 3 and my squat has gone from 395 for 3 to 365 for 3. If I can maintain this level of strength or decrease at a commensurate level to my weight then I'll be satisfied.

Fat retention is down to genetics but typically stomach fat should be the last to go. The annoying thing is fat distribution and retention during weight loss is genetic yet spot reduction is a myth so you can't target it
