Trying to lose weight. Atm I'm 162cm tall. and am 77kg

I've been walking 10k daily as a start to exercise, but what else do people recommend for exercise?

and oh might as well, what do you recommend for diet?

Dieting. Eating less.

should have been more specific in my question hahah

i meant, what types of food do you recommend for increasing weight loss?

Eat below 6000kj yeah

>what do you recommend for diet?
less

No type of food will increase weight loss

Food kept in your fridge will increase weight loss.

Food grown in the ground will increase weight loss.

get out

stop the fucking meme

le back to the kitchen

>he didn't walk 10,000 steps yesterday

lol who? the meme guys

oh hey cool thanks! but also that previous one

was my main concern. I could still eat bad shit and lose weight as long as it's under the budget but what're some recommended balance of diet for protein/carbs/fat etc? do i have to go to the doc and get a dexa scan or something like that to find out lol?

Avoid sugar (soda, Candy and so )
Try to lower your carbs.
Dont lie to yourself doing this, make no exceptions

Read the sticky

>Try to lower your carbs.

*fats

I would go with carbs. OP is probably stuffing His face with carbs (if American).

went to the sticky. rip me but also thanks much user!

Body Fat 40 %
Fat Mass 31 kg
Lean Mass 46 kg
Body Fat Category Obese

I'm going with

Moderate Carb (30/35/35)
138g
protein
71g
fats
161g
carbs

for macros

and 1338cal/5598.192kj daily from now on lol

The fucking steps meme goddamn you fucking Fitbit

Interaction with coworker the other day
>yeah man I get like 20k steps in today bro
>says I've burned about 2 THOUSAND calories so I'm gonna hit up McDonald's since I worked so hard today
>pokerface.png

Fuck you Fitbit & your bullshit

am not american.

does not stuff my face. just am fast eater?

eh wasn't there the whole some fats are gud for you and some aren't? like fishes omega3 and avocado? or something like that iunno

>His
>162 cm

lol i dont have fitbit but studies generally show increased mood and health benefits from at least 10k steps daily

and i agree. I feel more alert/focused in that regard

I am actually female but this is probably highly offensive to the males I know who are shorter than me lol

Pretty sure height like that as an adult male qualifies as a disability.

Definitely passing this comment to them next time I meet them and try not to get murdered
