Sorry, I don't have a before pic, it was 7-8 years ago.

Never did SS in my life. I started with machines for a month then slowly adding free weight and removing machines. Eventually started doing squats, deadlifts, bench presses, OHPs and body weight training.

I learned to control my appetite but I can still eat like a monster.

No loose skin but lots of skin cracks.

Because I learned a lot during the process and I can guide others here.

I lost lots of muscle but slightly gained strenght maybe. Afterwards I started lifting and once tried bulking, then I put on lots of muscle and gained strenght.

Took about a year I think. Probably why I don't much/any loose skin.
