I make 4 meals of around 500 calories each depending on what veggies you choose from this recipe
>1lb ground beef
>1 can beans (I prefer kidney)
>cherub tomatoes (or some other veggie)
>mushrooms (or some other veggie)
>4 cups of rice
>1 packet of low sodium taco seasoning
cook that shit in a massive skillet all together and separate it out into 4 equal portions (or more depending on your caloric needs)

Yeah cico is all that matters for weight loss/gain. For building muscles and general health all that matters is calories and protein and micros and fiber. Fo real u could look good on a diet of high fructose corn syrup, whey, multivitamin, benefiber. Plus some canola or vegetable oil since you need some fats for homrone production
