Boil your chicken, but if you want to fry it, don't be a fuckwit and use something with a higher smoke point than olive oil. Olive oil heated up causes free radicals to form in the oil, making it a mild carcinogen

Do 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees. Slow cooking chicken dries it out.

Salt + black pepper + cayenne + garlic + thyme is god tier chicken seasoning.

Protip on cooking chicken breast: flatten them with something heavy, they'll cook faster and more evenly
