Lmao3pl8

dyel is not a bench weight its a look it is different for everyone

Is he die?

185

Why should a stupid and limited lift such as the bech press be considered a landmark for ''out of dyelness''?

Pullups, overhead press and squats numbers are way more significant than bp.

what is an out of dyel OHP number

225x10 at 5'6, add 10 lbs for every extra inch of height.

185 is a solid 10rep

>what are leverages

Dyel is a look, you have to lift more if you're taller, bottom line.

I finally hit a 45lb 3x5 ohp on monday. I know i'm not zyzz mode yet, but I'm definitely not dyel anymore

You mean a 45lb plate on each side of the bar right? 45lb is literally just the empty bar.

I OHP 175x5 but I'm really fat

am I dyel

why is he killing himself?

I suppose whoever filmed that came to his help, but I'm not sure it wasn't too late already

Let that be a lesson for us all

He was just going for a swim guys

225 5RM would be the bare minimum.

no

45lb ohp is literally child tier though

man bogs are fucking weird

1pl8 for reps

You are really strong, you must be a big guy

yeah haha thanks

sorry user but that is dyel tier. Unless you mean dumbbells, in which case its just out of dyel.
